Every project is unique, but the major phases generally follow this order.

Goals, budget, lot, plans, timing, and expectations.

Site review, plan development, scope definition, allowances, and pricing.

Construction contract, payment schedule, project documents, and authorization to proceed.

Exterior and interior decisions completed according to the selections schedule.

Permits, site work, foundation, framing, mechanicals, finishes, and inspections.

Final walkthrough, punch list, closing documents, keys, and warranty orientation.

First Fruits Friday
Giving back also means giving our time. On the first Friday of every month, we set aside time to provide volunteer work for an individual or family in need. We call it First Fruits Friday—a simple way for us to use the skills and resources we’ve been given to serve others.
